The National University of Singapore (NUS) and the University College London (UCL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to foster research collaboration in the area of data science. The MOU, which involves the Singapore Data Science Consortium (SDSC) hosted at NUS and UCL’s Centre for Data Science and Big Data Institute, will facilitate staff and student exchanges. There will also be regular joint workshops to facilitate engagement between the two parties to identify impactful projects that are of mutual interest.
The SDSC was set up by the National Research Foundation Singapore, in collaboration with NUS, the Nanyang Technological University, the Singapore Management University and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research.
