Competitive Research Programme International Evaluation Panel
Terms of Reference
- To advise NRF on the overall strategy of the CRP Funding Scheme, as a mechanism for Singapore to identify future strategic areas of focus, to ensure Singapore's economic competitiveness;
- To evaluate and recommend to NRF funding of proposals which are aligned with the strategic intent of the scheme;
- To assist NRF in the monitoring and review of CRP Funding Scheme grants, including extension and termination of the grants; and
- To provide insights on new emerging R&D areas, global R&D trends and gaps in the Singapore R&D landscape.
